After initially focusing on designing and building MVPs for early-stage startups, over the past 11 years we’ve grown to work with larger companies like Tysers, Humn and PwC’s innovation team. We deliver new products and features, or, work as an embedded team improving existing software, making sure it delivers what users actually need.
We’re all about making the digital world easy to navigate, building interfaces that are intuitive to use, maintain and allow people to get the job done. We’re a small, highly effective team all based in and around (occasionally) sunny London who love things design and tech related.

Driving fleet insurance into the future with Humn
We designed a new version of Humn’s Rideshur product, which helps fleet managers understand the relationship between driver behaviour and risk. We supported their in-house product team with user research, design and React front-end development.

For over 7 years we’ve been working with PwC teams to design and develop innovative new products. Our work has included products for client communication, knowledge sharing, education, pensions, AI processing, data visualisation, marketing and more.

This product helps companies plan employee relocations and remote work from abroad, needing to surface the most important data in the most relevant places

This tool uses AI to analyse thousands of contracts for potential legal liability issues, so a clear dashboard view was essential to summarise the vast dataset
An innovative platform to match coaches with coachees
The Growing Coaches Edtech platform aims to match and connect student coaches with businesses looking to upskill their employees. The Growing Coaches approached Inktrap with the idea, looking to create a brand and launch a platform for it. Working closely with The Growing Coaches and their users we ensured the platform not only aligned with their business plan but also provided the right amount of useful functionality for both user types.
Working on a sprint basis, we built the MVP across 3 months which included a matching algorithm, the ability to for both user types to manage their coaching sessions and track progress, plus, in later releases a Zoom integration.

Our goal was to make coaching efficient. The platform makes it easy for users to schedule calls, provide feedback and track coaching hours

Asking users to provide information about their goals, preferred styles and coaching preferences fast-tracked the coaches and coachees matching process
Using healthtech to empower people in their journey to recovery
Orri is a specialist private clinic that helps people recover from eating disorders using tailored treatment plans. Working alongside their in-house team we refreshed the design of their client portal to better support client recovery journeys. The new streamlined platform empowers users to seamlessly track appointments, access resources, and review their treatment plans across different devices.
Executed within three-month timeline, our design and development team ensured the delivery of a scalable, user-centric solution tailored to support clients throughout their recovery journey.

Delivering documents and guidance for growing businesses
We’ve worked with Farillio since before they launched, helping to deliver templates, guides and other legal services to growing businesses. Now post-funding, we continue to work as their design team.

Grouping tasks into ‘objectives’ focused users on achieving targeted outcomes as opposed to a series of disparate smaller activities

With thousands of resources in Farillio, we created a flexible design system to accommodate the broad variety of content
Helping therapists reduce the time they spend on clinic updates
Harley Therapy connects therapists and clients via an online platform. They approached us to design a new mobile web app to help therapists manage their practice and complete clinic updates at the end of each session.
We worked closely with the therapists to understand their needs and typical workflow. Our solution included contextual questions to enable users to manage booking and scheduling for clients, as well as less common cases like no-shows, holidays and late cancellations.
After our initial sprint we continued working with the Harley Therapy team on their client experience, increasing conversion rates in their booking flow by over 300%.

Simplifying asset managers’ legal requirements
We supported Zeidler Group’s digital service platform for over 4 years, helping them to launch a suite of interconnected products that assist with every aspect of fund management law. This included product missions to design new modules and embedded development expertise in support of their in-house tech team.

Using the Microsoft Bot Framework we created an experimental chatbot

Each module has it’s own unique UX design but uses UI components from a central library
Designing a learning app to train financial professionals
Having created an MVP validating the customer interest and technical viability for a spaced learning app, the Learning Lab team needed a fresh design to be rolled out across web, iOS and Android apps. We worked with them on a product mission to revamp the UX and UI, create a coherent design system across the whole product ecosystem, suitable for white-labelling with a broad range of their partners.

Spaced learning requires daily quizzes to be completed to reinforce previous lessons. This required a mobile-first approach and native iOS & Android apps

Learning Lab can only be effective if it contains quality content. We designed a Learning Management System to make it easy to create, assign and update courses & users
Building a community platform that boosts member engagement
ELFA serves as the voice of the investor community, striving to enhance transparency, efficiency, and resilience within the leveraged finance market.
Their team approached us to create a new members platform to support more collaboration within their committees, and reduce the complexity of membership management for admins. We led discovery, design and build of the new platform, introducing features for discussions, events, tasks, and communication with industry partners.
The new platform has proven popular with members, with increased collaboration between members and quicker task completion for admins. We continue to work with the ELFA team to support and iterate on the platform.
